We are excited to introduce Pamela Romine as Office and Volunteer Coordinator of Guided Pathways Support for Youth and Families! Pam brings more than seven years of volunteer and non-profit office management experience,” said Executive Director Susan Millender.

Pam developed a wide variety of administrative and technical skills as Administrative Assistant from 2005 to 2009, and Office Manager from 2009 to 2012 with Manufacturing Industrial Council of Seattle (MIC) and its affiliate group, the Duwamish Transportation Management Association. She was responsible for the coordination and support of weekly MIC staff meetings and monthly meetings of the organization’s board. Pam administered MIC’s electronic newsletter and managed several websites using Dreamweaver and WordPress to expand the organization’s hit counts from a few hundred to thousands. “I thrive when wearing many hats and I am inspired by other creative and active people,” Pam said.

In addition to her professional experience, Pam has volunteered for several organizations, including Highline School District, Boy Scouts of America, West Seattle Soccer, where she organized and lead other volunteers to accomplish projects and community service programs. She is past president of Rotary International South Seattle Club and is currently the Community Service Chair of the Burien/White Center Rotary Club.

A graduate of Bellevue College, Pam shared that she enjoys taking on a challenge and being responsible for seeing projects through to completion. “ I am thrilled to have this opportunity to help start a new non-profit organization that will serve families and youth in King County,” Pam said.

Pam’s weekends are usually full of outdoor activities. You can find her hiking, biking, gardening and camping.
