A quick progress report is overdue! So much has been going on that it has been hard to get to the blog. We are on track with the Board’s task plan. GPS for Youth and Families:  Will file its 501(c)(3) application for tax-exempt status with the IRS this week and its only 74 pages long! Has received our State business license and opened a bank account with Home Street Bank. Is close to signing the start-up contract with King County, which will carry us through November and December of this year – and we are about to start work on the contract for 2013.
