Parent and Caregiver Classes and Training

Want to learn and develop new parenting skills? We offer classes to help you successfully advocate for yourself, your children and family. Our training provides the knowledge and skills needed to support children and youth in many settings including at home, in school, and in the community. Parent classes prepare you to deal with a wide range of challenging circumstances, situations and opportunities of raising children and youth with emotional, behavioral, mental health and/or substance abuse challenges. This free interactive class will provide Certified Peer Counselors with tips and tools of the trade! Whether you are a new youth peer or a parent peer with years of experience, this workshop is an opportunity to learn best practices and share experiences, tips and tools with seasoned peer support colleagues!

Learn what contributes to peer support challenges and how to overcome some of the greatest challenges you will face.  Registrants will be entered to win a self-care basket.
