Social Events

Family game night, nature hike, cards & craft, fitness fair, painting, picnic, kite flying, children’s play day… these are just some of the events planned for families to enjoy together! We invite and encourage you to join us in planning and attending events in your community with other families. Building on strengths we all have by focusing on things other than the challenges we face each day is a great way to reduce stress and help eliminate the isolation we often experience as we struggle to support the children and youth we love.

GPS social events are held in communities throughout King County. Youth and families help choose the type of event, the location, date and time. If you wish to help with the planning or “day of” the event, please email info@guidedpathways.org

This training series is designed to support youth age 8-15 through an exploration and discovery of identity, goals, emotions and feelings, relationships and empowerment! The best investment that we can make is investing in our children. Let’s catch them and give them support at the stages where we can prevent risks to their health and wellbeing. Dates are 5/10, 5/17, 5/24 & 5/31 from 6pm-7:30pm. There will be a different topic each date. To get the most out of the training we courage youth to attend all workshop dates.
