View Susan’s Bio
Susan has more than two decades of non-profit leadership experience in developing and implementing social service programs and grassroots advocacy initiatives with strong volunteer engagement. Susan knows the importance, both professionally and personally, of families helping families and peer support. Susan’s lived experience fuels her passion for building additional supports for families and youth to bridge the gaps in resources. Personal experience forms the foundation of her professional focus. In her spare time Susan enjoys reading and travel.

View Monique’s Bio
For more than a decade Monique has been working with not-for-profit organizations around Puget Sound serving all members of the community. She has dedicated her work to assisting organizations that are fostering positive changes in our community. She is excited to once again be working with youth and families to access critical resources to ensure their family unit thrives. When not in the office, Monique enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs and cooking delicious meals for her friends and family.

View Jessica’s Bio
Jessica comes with personal and work experience in family behavioral health. She changed from a previous position in the medical field to peer counseling when she found out that her lived experience could bring hope to others. When she isn’t busy at work, you can find her backpacking with her family.

View Melody’s Bio
Melody has more than 10 years of progressive experience in the child and family services field. She graduated from the University of Great Falls with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Counseling Concentration. Melody’s professional history includes positions such as Wraparound Facilitator, Parents as Teachers Home-Visitor and Circle of Security-Parenting Educator at a health department, In-Home Behavior Specialist at a mental health center, and Treatment Service Technician at a therapeutic residential home. In her free time Melody enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, taking walks with her granddaughter, and getting soft snuggles from her cat.

Jenapher has been working at Guided Pathways since 2018, and has lived experience of more than 16 years as a family struggling with challenges. She has a varied background in the non-profit sector and enjoys helping people succeed. When not at work, Jenapher enjoys spending time with her son, riding horses, and spending time outdoors.
David Sanchez Chariglione
View David’s Bio
Growing up in a low-income community, then foster care, David found that those who had the greatest impact in his life were teachers and peers who had believed in him and his potential to overcome his circumstances. He believes the best way to lift a community is to empower the youth and encourage them to strive for more. With experience at United Way and Americorps, David will provide a knowledgeable and practical perspective as a mentor and leader. He is passionate about basketball, technology, and gaming culture.
Leaders in Training Program Manager
View Ursula’s Bio
Ursula has a long history of working with health and human service organizations as an administrator, planner and organizational consultant. She helped birth Guided Pathways on behalf of King County, and now is delighted to be working for it developing and carrying out leadership training programs for youth. She has years of lived experience and her household includes two teenage granddaughters. Two dogs entertain her, as do reading mysteries, gardening, and watching critters at her bird feeders.
