Pathways to Peace is a welcoming, peer-led mindfulness and wellness group for youth, young adults, parents, caregivers, and community members seeking practical tools to reduce stress, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves.
Together we’ll explore guided meditation, mindfulness, grounding techniques, breathing practices, self-compassion, and meaningful conversations that support emotional well-being and healing. Whether you’re navigating parenting, work, school, recovery, mental health challenges, caregiving, or simply the demands of everyday life, this group offers a supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and belong.
This is a hybrid group, so you can join us in person at Guided Pathways Support for Youth & Families or virtually via Zoom.
